Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as water bottles, all resistance bands, gym bags, and all accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at kbootybands@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to purchase a return shipping label, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please email kbootybands@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days after refund was approved to process into your bank account. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you still have not received your refund after 7-10 business days, then contact us at kbootybands@gmail.com
